At Al-Daffah E-Commerce Store, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Al-Daffah guarantees that all items displayed on our online store are brand new and unused.
- In the event of manufacturing defects or errors, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order to have the item replaced. Al-Daffah will cover all associated shipping costs.
- Underwear, pajamas, socks, and accessories cannot be returned or exchanged.
- For order cancellations, customers have the right to cancel their order and receive a full refund prior to dispatch from our warehouse. If the order has already been shipped, standard return conditions apply.
Return Conditions:
- Returns are accepted within 7 business days from the date of order receipt.
- Items must be in their original, unused condition with unopened packaging. Products with opened packaging are considered damaged and ineligible for return.
- For customer-initiated returns, a shipping fee of 20 (inclusive of VAT) will be deducted from the total product value, and the remaining amount will be refunded to the customer’s payment card.
- The return processing timeframe ranges from 7 to 14 business days.
